Skilled & Work Visas

Points-tested & sponsored

Skilled & Work Visas

Skilled migration rewards preparation. Occupation choice, skills assessment, points strategy and — for sponsored routes — the sponsoring business's financial health decide the outcome. We work both halves: your points and the sponsor's books.

Who it suits

Is this your pathway?

  • Professionals with an occupation on a current skilled list
  • Candidates optimising points before lodging an expression of interest

  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

The accounting layer

  • Sponsor solvency and payroll capacity reviewed the way a case officer will read it
  • Salary benchmarking and annual market rate evidence prepared properly
  • Departure-year tax residency, ESOP and provident fund treatment planned in advance
  • Foreign income and asset disclosure aligned across both countries

Process

How your file moves

Each stage has a deliverable, a document set and a date. You always know where the file is.

  1. Occupation & points audit

Score your profile honestly, then find the legitimate points you are leaving on the table.

  2. Skills assessment

Assemble and submit the evidence pack the assessing authority actually accepts.

  3. EOI & nomination

Lodge the expression of interest, then target the states or provinces where your occupation is genuinely in demand.

  4. Sponsor readiness

For 482/186/Skilled Worker: verify sponsor accounts, salary benchmarking and nomination evidence before lodging.

  5. Visa lodgement & decision

Full application, health and character, and responses to any request for further information.
