Family visas

Family & partner visas

These cases are decided on the credibility of a relationship, not on the elegance of a form. The work is in the evidence: history, shared life, intention and consistency across everything you submit.

Routes

The family routes we work with

  • 820/801

    Partner visa (onshore, Australia)

Temporary then permanent partner visa for applicants already in Australia.

  • 309/100

    Partner visa (offshore, Australia)

Provisional then permanent partner visa lodged from outside Australia.

  • 300

    Prospective Marriage

For couples intending to marry, valid for a defined period after grant.

  • 103/143

    Parent visas

Contributory and non-contributory parent routes, with very different queues and costs.

  • 101/802

    Child visas

Dependent and adopted child routes, onshore and offshore.

  • SPOUSAL

    Canada / UK family class

Spousal sponsorship in Canada and the UK partner route, each with its own income and evidence rules.

Evidence

What decides a partner case

Six evidence categories, each covering the full period of the relationship rather than a single good month.

  • Relationship history timeline with dates, places and supporting documents
  • Financial interdependence: joint accounts, transfers, shared expenses
  • Nature of the household: shared address, bills, lease or ownership records
  • Social recognition: photographs, travel, statements from family and friends
  • Statutory declarations from both partners and from two supporting witnesses
  • Sponsor eligibility, income where required, and character documents

Our process

How we build your case

Every engagement runs the same way, so you always know what happens next and what it costs.

  1. Relationship assessment

We map your history against the criteria the decision-maker applies, and identify where the evidence is thin.

  2. Evidence plan

A written list of exactly which documents to gather, in what form, and over what period.

  3. Statements

Both partners' statements and witness declarations drafted so they corroborate rather than contradict.

  4. Sponsor file

Sponsor eligibility, income tests where relevant, and character or police requirements handled separately.

  5. Lodgement

Application filed with a complete, indexed evidence bundle rather than a trickle of uploads.

  6. Bridging and beyond

Interim status, work rights, second-stage timing and the permanent-stage reminder calendar.

Let's map your pathway — and the money behind it

A first consultation covers eligibility, realistic timelines, total cost and the tax consequences of the move. You leave with a written plan, not a brochure.
